Your Second Brain holds the context it needs, so you do not have to re-explain your practice in every conversation.

Your matters, preferences and approved ways of working live in your Second Brain. Correct a draft or approve a reusable playbook change, and your twin can use that direction next time. You can inspect, edit and export the playbooks. Matter facts stay within their authorized boundaries; shared firm methods do not expose one client’s communications to another matter.

Your $250/month attorney plan already lets your twin draft handoffs, task assignments, and follow-ups for your paralegal or legal administrator via email at no additional cost. If a paralegal or staff member wants their own dedicated interactive twin with their own login, role-based permissions, and 300 face-to-face minutes, additional team seats can be added anytime.
No. Your Second Brain is retained by TwinCounsel to serve your practice; it is separate from the AI models processing requests. The Terms require zero retention and no training by upstream AI providers. There is no routine staff access to your content; consent and legal exceptions are scoped, logged and reported under the Terms.
That depends on your jurisdiction, client instructions and how you use AI. You remain responsible for accuracy, confidentiality and supervision. The Professional Responsibility Guide explains what to evaluate, including when disclosure or informed consent may be required. It does not replace your professional judgment.
